The kitchen is the focus but there is other information available because of the way it was shot: the house has a back staircase, casual dining space and a butler’s pantry/mudroom off the kitchen.
A few things to consider in this setup. The window will be properly exposed at -2. A higher exposure will be necessary for the dark elements in the shot; cabinets and chairs while the ‘hot’ areas created by the artificial light will need to be exposed at -2 . The warmth created by the color temperature of the incandescent lights will also require color correction.
Take a look at the part of the ceiling closest to the windows. They better represent the true color of the ceiling than the areas lit by the incandescent can lights which warm up the area considerably. Look at the front panel of the island in the foreground; you can actually see some grain detail and not just a block of brown wood.
