the simplicity and style of an architectural layout; clean, uncluttered, yet detailed approach

When I arrive at a property, I like to walk the house and identify points of interest; doors, windows or floating walls that allow me to see multiple spaces. I want my images to reveal as much information as possible because that allows a buyer to look at still images and understand the relationship and flow of the space.

I believe elevations and landscapes represent the opening and close of a story told through still images; they effectively carry a vision from inside to out.

Ancillary spaces aren’t necessarily the sexy spaces in a home but they are keen additions that buyers look for so I treat them with as much care as other spaces on the property.
